The backstory
I wanted a tool that didn't exist. So I built it.
OperatorOS isn't a venture-backed startup or an enterprise platform. It's a tool built by one retail leader who manages 13 stores and needed something better than notebooks and spreadsheets.
I didn't set out to build software. I set out to be better at my job. Every feature exists because I felt the pain of not having it — walking into stores unprepared, losing track of commitments, scrambling to remember what I promised last visit. I'm still building this every week, and I'm still using it every day. If you have ideas, I want to hear them.
